- 3-Bed Semi-Detached house is for £22, with conservatory sides £31.
- 3-Bed Detached house is for £25, with conservatory sides £34.
- 4-Bed Detached house is for £28, with conservatory sides £40.
- Bungalow or Retirement house is for £16, with conservatory sides £23
- Modern Bungalow with patio door and large windows is for £23, with conservatory sides £32.
